James Woodfill was commissioned by a pioneering developer to create art for his high profile site in the Crossroads neighborhood. The work, entitled New Signals, is a series of large scale kinetic light sculptures that garner attention and foster contemplation. el dorado collaborated with Woodfill to develop and fabricate site lighting components that were integral to the artwork.
