This community center will serve a new sustainable development in Topeka, KS.  The building features a planted roof, photovoltaic panels and rain barrels that collect water from a translucent awning. A children’s play area clad in cedar slats sits adjacent to the entry of the building. The community center will feature classes and activities and provide educational opportunities for residents of the development.
