Established in 1996, el dorado is an architecture, urban design, curatorial, education, and fabrication practice. Recently, we have been engaging in new expansive projects nationally and internationally as well as continuing to invest in select work closer to our home base in Kansas City. These projects span typologies from light industrial to curatorial; master planning to residential; urban design to custom fabrication; single family residential to block scale mixed-use developments; urban and rural. As our project list grows, we are looking for additional team members to join our 28 architects, designers, curators, and fabricators. 

el dorado is looking to fill several positions:
